The practice of Kimoodo (Key-Moo-Doe), a healing art created by
Grand Master Choi, allows you tap into your body's natural
energy so you feel better and can meet the challenges of your day. Opening these
energy channels can also help prevent injury and decrease rehabilitation time.
Kimoodo has its roots in ancient Asian martial arts. As a practitioner, you
will learn to integrate mind, body, and spirit to harness "Life Energies."
Kimoodo is easy to learn, and you can use the techniques anywhere to center your
mind and decrease tension.
The Basic Course consists of seven, 45-minute sessions. Practitioners learn a
basic routine of movements, which raises their energy level, improves flexibility,
and deepens their breathing. Students will become more aware of their internal
energy and its movements through the body. After the first seven-week term, most
students will be able to run through the basic routine on their own.
There is is no age limit and no previous experience of any kind is needed to
learn Kimoodo. There is no special equipment needed, and no uniform or outfit to
buy.
Master Korchak will be your instructor and guide. He has over 28
years of training in the martial arts and is owner and president of Cincinnati
Taekwondo Center.
His background also includes a degree in physical education, certification as an instructor of
the Alexander Technique, and training in exercise and sports psychology.

"Kimoodo is a great way to reduce stress and gain mental clarity, besides
all of the amazing physical benefits. When I fell my tension level rising, I go
through the centering routine, and I feel better instantly. It's so much better
than reaching for that glass of wine!"
